Who + What + When + Where + Why + How + The Facts . . .
My story doesn't start with Website Development, but rather a decade in sales with almost no exposure to WordPress. Then came the Great Recession in 2008-09, when I found myself helping small businesses claim their Google Places (now called "Google My Business") profile. That experience led to employment with an Inc.5000 fastest-growing company (2011–2015) and Internet Retailer TOP 500 in 2013 & 2014 (#387). For 3 years, my primary task was Email Marketing to Key Accounts (B2B); developing line cards, layouts & promotions from concept to bulk send via Email Service Providers (ESPs). Since 2015, I've been all-in on WordPress.
Dozens of projects completed with positive feedback.
Going Solo & Lessons Learned
Learning Internet "Best Practices" from a $50+ million e-commerce giant was beyond invaluable. The CEO would often say, "We're a technology company first." He was right. There's a battle for consumers' eyeballs, and the only way to win is to be visible. There are storied brands and legitimate, longstanding businesses that are losing marketshare to dot-com start-ups because those start-ups are more visible when customers search for products or services online. A perfectly coded website with content based on keyword research is GUARANTEED to improve your brand's visibility in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
Perfect Code
Site structure is important. Improperly coded websites don't perform well in the SERPs.
Analytics & Data
How can you define the target audience without Analytics & Data? I always do the research.
Quantum Optimization
A robust, supercharged online presence is the fastest way to deliver results that endure.
Why Choose Me VS An Agency?
Because I do it all, including E-Commerce Web Design (specifically WooCommerce). Perfectly-coded HTML & CSS. Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Click-Thru-Rate Optimization (CTO). Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Graphic Design. Plugin & API Integration(s). Product Photography & Image Optimization + CDNs. Email Marketing. Email Scripting. Sales Marketing, Click Funnels & Line Card Layouts. These days, it takes all of the above to rank a website, regardless of how long a domain has been registered. Whatever your website is about, it must first be visible to the people searching for its content.
Agencies tend to hire staff for specific purposes. Web designers create the site structure (sometimes referred to as 'Templates' or 'Wireframes'). Content Managers write the textual content. SEOs research the competition and target keywords. Graphic Designers manipulate images or create unique icons. User Experience (UX) Managers make sure the site is optimized for user-friendliness on desktop/tablet/mobile devices. The list goes on and on. Frankly, there's too many hands in the pot, and something is bound to go wrong. As a highly skilled freelancer, I'm capable of managing a project from start to finish, and I take pride in the end result, regardless of the amount of time it takes to achieve it.
Honest + Transparent Rates
I am NOT an agency with lots of overhead, nor do I intend to become one. The projects I choose to work on are those that I can relate to personally, developing unique strategies that overcome specific pain points in the sales cycle. Because I attend to each project personally, I limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. No middlemen or outsourcing of projects to India or the Philippines. Therefore, these pricing charts reflect the value of my time as an expert WordPress & WooCommerce developer in the Greater Las Vegas Area.

Growth Strategy
Personalized, scalable solutions that overcome problems via Digital Marketing. This includes Custom Web Design + UX, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Infographics and more! The Growth Strategy looks at other competitors in the space -- called "Verticals" -- to form a comprehensive plan of action that will improve brand and/or product visibility.
SEO / CTO / CRO
What's the point of having a website if no one can find it? Search Engine Optimization (SEO) allows potential customers to find you when they’re searching for your kind of business online. A full analysis of your digital footprint will uncover new opportunities to help you dominate the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs). It will explain what you're doing well now, what you're not, and what actions you should take next.
Logo Design Or Redesign
I love the expression "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Visibility in the marketplace requires more than a great logo, and rebranding isn't always the best place to start. Why hurt your branding efforts by focusing on the wrong problem at the wrong time? For clients launching an idea or business for the first time, a custom logo will be designed that matches the personality of the new website.
Mobile-Friendly WordPress Design
WordPress is the #1 Content Management System (CMS) online. CNN, Fortune, NBC, New York Post, Spotify, TechCrunch, TED, TIME, USA Today and many others use WordPress. I recommend the X Pro theme, but those without coding knowledge might benefit from the Elementor theme instead.
Limited VS Unlimited Product Variations
In my view, the only difference between "Small Business" websites and "Enterprise" websites are the number of products and/or pages. Rule of thumb: More than 10 products or 500 variations is likely an Enterprise-level website. Because I'm not a large agency with lots of overhead, I'm able to price large build-outs competitively.
Basic vs Advanced E-Commerce Payment Integration
Simple websites should have simple payment solutions. Enterprise-level websites should offer all payment options at Checkout: Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit, PayPal and Purchase Order (if applicable).
Satisfaction Guarantee
My clients deserve nothing less than excellence. Retention and referrals allow me to keep my prices reasonably low, which -- in turn -- promotes retention. I'm not the most expensive developer in town, but I'm also not a cheap date. My skillset allows me to deliver more value than any other developer in the Las Vegas Valley, and I guarantee the projected results (based on the Growth Strategy) in writing.
Where's The Proof?
It can be hard to find a trustworthy WordPress + WooCommerce Developer & Digital Marketer in Las Vegas with a solid track record. As the saying goes: "Proof is in the pudding." These are four examples from my Portfolio that generate $2+ million in combined online revenues per year.
